I was wondering what people like to use to carry the Triumvirate: Wallet, Cell, & Keys. Leggings have no pockets and most pockets in women's skinnys are either useless or the bulge created by placing so much as three quarters in them just looks unsightly.
Having lived through the 80's, I'm kinda done with the fanny pack thing. But I recently picked up a a lycra belt ("Flip Belt," I think) that has four "pockets" meant for the work-out crowd. It's ok, but my cell is kinda wide for it. It does have a nice attached clip so that your keys don't fall out.
These days I try to minimize what I carry. I have a black leather wrist wallet that works fairly well for cash, license, and a couple of CCs, but I tend to sweat under it in the summer. If I'm wearing something with a back pocket, my cell phone with one of those rubber "pockets" glued to it works ok back there. But that still leaves those ancient hunks of metal that we still carry around in the 21st century.
Any thoughts?

Well if you are into wearing the fair sex jeans jeggings leggings tights capris shorts short shorts even skirts and skorts what have you - you have come to the conclusion that you don't have space any space for everything in its place like you used to. So how does the fair sex carry on - simply with at minimum a clutch bag and on the maximum side the hand bag. Obviously you don't see them fetching anything out of the infinitesimal small pockets - the bulk of their worldly needs are in a neck shoulder bag or something carried in hand and it is always somewhere close at hand but the goodies are never upon the body. Watches are getting pretty much passé - why would you need a watch if you have a cell phone ?
I wouldn't be caught dead (I make an exception to that at my funeral) wearing a sporran but a nice size fanny (bum) bag will work for me with all the multitude of pockets and zippered chambers. And if I like to go sans goodies like a female then I wear as an over the shoulder bag - worried about it getting in the way then fasten it like a belt about the waist. If wearing a coat or jacket then there should be pocket space or consider wearing a shoulder holster or if wearing a kilt a thigh holster (like a conceal carry firearm) to have a bit of stuff with me but nothing carried out in the open. Some kilts can be custom crafted to have hidden space between the aprons but for women's clothing there is always the issue of no place to hide it as most everything worn is skin tight. If wearing calf high boots possible to slip some goodies into the top of the calf entry - not a lot of room but just enough for credit cards a little folding $ passport and ID I have used a flip type belt when traveling to have the essentials with me yet the appearance of nothing screwing up that tailored slim look. Nothing like avoiding that BIG FAT GREEK WALLET

After some on line hunting, I find that others have also shied away from the 80's fanny packs and there now exist "runners belts" which are much more streamlined. I may go this route with the pack at the small of my back under my shirt.
All I really need to carry most of the time are a small set of keys; my cell phone; and the critical wallet stuff (DL, CCs, a bit of cash, maybe insurance cards). So the small pack should be fine.

i typically wear a hoodie or jacket with pockets. i recently purchased a small metallic unisex wallet at the 99 cent store. some jeggings front or back pockets are generous enough since that type of wallet is compact enough. i still keep an eye on it. i wear a top long enough to cover the 'wallet attention' to avoid possible thief. If i'm going to places to carry things, groceries, i take a back pack and i can safety store my things and wallet in there. i have a keychain holder, i place them on my belt loop. if i wear a pocketless pant, i wear a light hoodie with pockets.

What about summer? It gets a little hot for a hoodie, doesn't it?
But I'll agree: when the weather is cool, jacket pockets are a wonderful thing.

Well you know, a back pack, man bag, purse, whatever lol. Or carry small items in pockets.
