yes, it has kind of gone quiet on this site. May be it was only flavour of the month? I was up for using it frequently.

I check this site two or three times a day & still not much going on. I predict with the very hot weather folks are going for almost the full monty (minimal clothing). That is unless they are fighting forest fires. Like the winter steps must be taken to protect exposed flesh form adverse elements. Jeans & denim do a fairly good job of that; the heavier the better. But not much in the fashion news right now.

The board is free and open to anyone who wants to use it. I'm not sure why it has flopped, perhaps I overestimated the popularity of such a trend. Honestly I don't know how to promote the site, I figured people would just find it. But a Google search on the topic renders the page a bit difficult to locate. Sadly we have a lot more lurkers here than participation.
If you guys have any ideas, feel free.

The topic 'Men wearing women's jeans' at the Female First Forum - LINK: www.femalefirst.co.uk/board/has gone dead also nothing new in over 30 days. FFF has recently re-organized some of its topics and does not have the interesting stuff that caused the usual banter/discussion. So it is not just this forum undergoing a change. I feel that the fantasy of men wearing womens pants (jeans) is really not so much a big deal ! The current trend is more toward men wearing unbifurcated wear be it womens skirts skorts dresses or the more male kilt. But even that is waning at the moment. From time to time there will always be the discussion of men wearing womens panties and lingerie as well as other clothing items to even include pants jeans and shorts. This is short lived - it comes and goes. Could very well be just the fact that it is summer and people have more important things on their agenda. So to speak it just is not fashionable to comment on fashions that are out of season ! Que Sa-Ra-Sa-Ra - whatever will be will be. k/s/s

I was hoping that people would get into posting pics here. That is something I have never found properly on the net.
But nevertheless as said, it could just be the time of the year when people are naturally out and about more with less time to spend online!

I'm currently in the process of trying to submit this forum to Proboards forum directory to further spread awareness of our forum.

Yes we definitely need more members and forum participation I've been on vacation so I have a good excuse I don't know where everyone else is but it's been too warm to wear much denim.

I wear pants year round, even when it's hot. In other news, twice I have submitted this forum to the directory and have gotten the same rejection notice. "Your forum directory entry was rejected for the following reason: The forum name you entered does not match that of your forum. Please make any necessary changes and resubmit your entry. ProBoards" Twice? I made sure to get the name right the second time. Something funny about this. Read more: guysweargirljeans.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=pmview&view=1&id=278#ixzz20vf3qvUb

It looks to me this forum has no title. The title is "Forum". So somewhere in Admin tools there should be a way to title the forum from "Forum" to whatever the name should be. Just a guess.

That never once has occurred to me! Again, thanks for the tip.

Titleing the FORUM as "THE JEANS FORUM" could be a simplistic solution; but then we are about men wearing jeans labled for either sex. So we could title the FORUM the "UNISEX-JEANS-FORUM" or something like that. Just one of many possible titles. Just using the generic "FORUM" is not cutting it and is rather bland in description!
