In my earlier post I had mentioned about getting a pair of Miss Sixty Nixie jeans off of ebay and having them resized to fit my ample frame.
Doing just a brief search with this generic search: Denim Duplication

Came up with serveral options.
One I note is in India and I do not think much of their clothing.
I have ordered several leather shorts pants and skirts from
manufacturers located in India and somehow they have not
mastered getting clothing to fit the human form.
These people use a two dimensional fitting form sort of like
using cut out doll paper figures to fit over the cardboard frame.
They do not allow for that third deminsion of depth.
The circumference of the human body male or female at the
waist is an oval shape and not something that is measured in
a flat horizontal reference.
In other words "The damn clothing does not fit"!
The crotch and rise fittings are all way out of proportion.
All they say is I am sorry and back to the drawing board to make
an exact duplicate MISTAKE again !
Dealing with a local tailor in my opinion would probably be best.
Maybe higher priced but he can do the actual fitting and the
shipping & handling is virtually nil.
Looking back at the Miss Sixty Nixie jeans should be a fairly easy
made to order job.
No Pockets - - -
Belt Loops 4 - - -
One zipper in center back seam - - -
Optional stitched creases front and/or rear - - -
Hemming of Leg - Flared/Bootcut/tight jegging - - -
And for me the all important having enough RISE in the Waist - - -
Damn nice jeans - although I will not wear calf length high heels
like sweetboy did in the flicker link. Maybe something along the
lines of Harley Davidson Motorcycle boots.
