Well, it's actually a crossbody handbag, but I love it anyways, the size is perfect enough to carry cash, cards, keys, very small phone, etc. I love how compact and chic it looks. It looks very plain and smaller than typical women's purses. And the #1 reason why I choose to buy a purse, it's because let's face it, women's jeans has tiny pockets or in my case, jeans with no pockets at all and leggings ha! It's a win win! And yes it looks very stylish and look good with every thing. Purchased it at Target, brand is their store brand Mossimo. The one I bought is black faux leather www.target.com/p/women-s-crossbody-handbag-mossimo-supply-co/-/A-50333324

Perfect - Practical and at the right price ! With the cross body strap extended full length should ride just at the waist not blocking or rubbing on those pocketless or faux pockets jeans ! A hint whether you care to use it or not - find a way to clip the back side of the bag to a belt if one is worn to keep the bag from flopping around and making it difficult for the cutting of the cross body shoulder strap and running off with the bag. In crowded places remember to secure the zippers CLOSED to prevent theft. Keep the money clip credit cards in the inside most zippered compartment or better yet in a shirt pocket don't make an easy target. Wearing and using a cross body bag requires a new technic in personal security !

Actually I practiced walking a bit to get mail at my apartment, and the bag seems very secure. For safety, I would turn the bad backwards so that the zippers aren't facing people. The bag also functions as a clutch, so I can actually hold it too.
