A simple answer would be to observe how the other half handles the situation. One could carry the basics or more in a clutch (oversize wallet with no straps) or a cross body (purse) bag (cross being across the shoulder anchored on one side by the neck) or just simply hanging off of one shoulder but not around the neck) For more stuff a purse or hand bag One could go so far as to do like a kilt wearing person have a sporran bag as I do BUT not in the frontal area. Mine is on the side (side saddle) I don't need any frontal knocking devices in this critical area. One observation of the other half is that they take their essential gear with them but don't have it with them all the time - stashing it leaving in a car or some place close at hand in a booth at a restaurant. Another place for carry is in the pockets of an exterior jacket, shirt or other garment even perhaps a backpack. A money clip a couple of credit cards and keys could easily be carried in the front pockets if the jeans have useable front pockets. A discrete hidden place is inside your underwear if wearing same or pinched inside the jean pants and your skin. If there is not a lot of bulk such as the items previously noted could be carried in a shoulder holster - ankle holster of sufficient length pants hem or in a thigh holster in shorts or skirts. The magic word just mentioned is SKIRTS dem don't have pockets normally. A money belt could be used either loosely worn or actually thru the jeans belt loops.
Carrying all the gear (junk) around is sometimes not good for your physical health creating spinal conditions that are aggravated.
I do a considerable amount of air travel and carry the very minimal gear to pass security pocket less pants sure speed things along.
Consider pocket less pants capris shorts etc. to be kissing cousins to a skirt or kilt which do not have pockets unless intentionally manufactured that way.
Further comment - some cars today do not need a key in the ignition just carried on your person and can be hidden very discretely. Another thing the Smart Cell Phones can carrying credit card, apts and other electronic finger print data reducing the need for bulky gear. The phone may fit in a pocket of a shirt jacket or hang off of the waist band of pocket less jeans.
In closing just observe how the other half contends with the problem which seems to be no problemo for them !
