How do they look profile wise? Find it difficult to pull it off for me with turnip legs..

:PTried on meadow hills Paige jeans very bland ink wash. The waistband looks nice and stretchy but something about them doesnt do anything to me that i need to buy. Got some straight leg joe jeans hemmed size 27 straight leg otis wash.
Looking at my citizens of humanity wimbelton with medium wash today wow the best color I seen on pair of jeans ever. Faded very well, surprised I don't get more or any compliments about the wash. Compared to any other wash like Levi's brand you can't compare the two. Remarkable and pictures don't give them justice on how the whiskering appears.

crw321 - Just taking a wild guess since you didn't mention it but are those Paige's Laurel Canyons? It's a nice wash.
jean - I haven't heard of meadow hills in Paige jeans. Could you mean Hidden Hills or Hollywood Hills? Paige has a wash called "Meadow" which is the color you described. I have a pair of Roxbury in Meadow wash buried in the closet.

Very good pictures thanks for sharing to get a better idea of the topic post.
I like the HEM length on the Lee's better than the TopShop skinnys otherwise both pair look to have the same degree of tight fitting leggings. The skinnys appear to have just a bit more room in the ball park area - but a side view for comparison was not offered so no tell tale buldge is evident in the two dimensional front view. Went back for a second look - both pairs appear to have an adequate amount of RISE both in front and in back (more importantly for the rear to prevent the crack exposure). Appears that both pairs fit a bit snug at the low waist (hip) but not enough that the belt is constricting thing further. Details missing about the cost of each to see how much a bang for the buck in comparison.
The Paige BootCut jeans are not my thing but it would appear that the (Hem) length of these jeans would require wearing something with at least a 3 inch heel otherwise the bottom of the pant leg would be dragging in whatever was being walked in and around. Even the TopShop skinnys are rather long.
The all important thing is how comfortable the jeans fit for the wearer. I know that with tight pants/leggings/jeans and tights/pantyhose they are devils to just simply step into and pull up to the waist. After getting into them and removing all the ripples and setting the seams straight can you move about with ease and not feel being crushed in a nutcracker especially when bending over or squatting. A lot depends on the fabric construction and how much spandex/lycra is woven into the mix.

These are 7 For All Mankind bootcut with a higher waist. I actually atarted on bootcuts and flares and have graduated to skinnys and jeggings. I agree that the rise has to be just right in order not to get the usual problems when bending over. All the prefectly fit ones are not too tight around the waist yet are still very close in the thigh. We need to see more pics!

Yeah, I'm looking at getting some SFAM skinnys. I may look at that wash as they look lovely. Does anyone have any of the A pockets?

I don't wear skinnies because I don't have the long legs to look good in them due to the "short" gene thanks mom and dad! But here's an A pocket.
