I would say yes even though they're not marketed as hi rise jeans.

Your jeans as photographed may look high-rise but would be classed as Mid-rise. High-rise is when a women wears her jeans at the navel or a centimeter just below that point. There would be a definite hour glass shape at that juncture. Low rise is the rage with jeans and pants worn just north of the widest point in the lower anatomy (Hips). Any lower and it is London Bridges and they better be wedge tight to keeping going further south. Fashion sense - High rise is generally sans pockets for that robust female torso look ! Mid rise and Low rise as rule have pockets and are smaller because women have no need for pockets. Low rise and one is sitting on the pockets - mid rise one might be able to slide a credit card or drivers license out ! In another respect women's torso is oval across the hips and with men the oval is front to back - learning anatomy fashion 101 !

Lol ah ok! The back pockets are decent sized and I carry a small wallet similar to the size of the back pocket. It's a woman's wallet that look similar to men's where you store cards, ids, money and change.

Yes, jeans pockets can be a problem carrying things. I definitely think that hi-rise is better from a package point of view. I have started wearing hi-rise all the time now and realise how uncomfortable low rise are!

I'm not too sure off the top of my head. It's called TKMaxx in UK as opposed to TJMaxx. I assume that it's the same store

Looks like it's the same store. I don't know how popular that store or concept is over there.

It's a bit hit and miss. The jeans are arranged in waist order but all mixed up. So you have to hunt a bit like at a thrift store. You just never know. I bought my J Brand Maria flare jeans from there. One of my best ever purchases!

Just remember that the person stocking the shelves or the racks of clothing may know nothing about jeans being male or female. Certain little things like placement of the zipper(s); buttons; detailing (bling); sizing labels/numbers all clues which mean that this goes on this side of an aisle and these go on the other. Then the factor of the customer not returning the clothing back to the correct side of the aisle - that happens with the thrift charity goodwill stores and not so much as TJMaxx Marshalls (sister stores). Some stores after trying for fit request that you place the clothing on a rack near the fitting room rather than take it back to its original location. The fitting room attendants when the racks are full return them to their proper location. Keep that in mind if you change your mind about something and return for a 2nd look. Gee I should have bought that then and now it is gone - look again or ask for help. When exiting the fitting area take a gander on the return racks for that something that may appear on the sales floor later ! Know the way that stores operate when help is not available - some cases the return racks are not done until store closing hours or even the next day. Sometimes in a hurry a skort is placed with shorts and v=v. Pants are found in with denim skirts - expand your horizons - Juniors sizing in with Misses - Misses in with Women's - jeans on one side or the other of the store aisles ! It is a zoo out there and worse if not professionally managed.
